Her secret is something that is not a secret. I have read a lot about this wonderful thing already. The Vaseline! I myself use this thing too. I am not saying that it will work to everyone but it sure does work to most people i know. Just rub a small amount to your lashes every night before you go to sleep.
Warning: you wont see the result in just a day you got to keep doing it for at least a month.
